Is my adventure "good enough"?

Hi !

I have spent the last 3 nights in a tent. Anywhere exotic?

Nope. In my back garden.

I've spend quite a bit of time trying to work out what adventure really is and means, in a world where everyone's got an audience.

Part of me thinks that there has to be some level of risk and epic-ness to it. The other part of me thinks its all relative...

What's mundane for one person is adventurous for another.

So on some levels, camping in my back garden could be considered an "adventure". If I was 6 years old, I might have thought it was. If I'd never been wild camping, I might think it was. It's still tempting to call it a "microadventure".

But personally, I'd call it "way too hot indoors to sleep, obvious practical solution"... What do you think? What makes an adventure an adventure?
